I am looking to renting a single or Double room in the Palmers Green area.

I am lookin for a room in a house that is currently rented out in Rooms. ( Not with a live in Landlord) please.)

I am a mature Woman.

The room must be near public transport (IE) local buses as I am a non driver please.

I am not on Social Welfare Benefits.
My Budget is about £90 -£95.00 P.W.
