Hi there! :)

I'm looking for a nice and cheap house to share (max £350 pm, bills included) in BRIGHTON or HOVE (preferably in the centre). It's not a problem if you smoke or not (I smoke, but not so much and not inside the house if you're not smokers). I can live with all males, all females or both, it's the same thing for me. I can also live with pets if you have anyone.

I'm a 20 year old italian girl, I arrived in Brighton 10 days ago and now I'm living in my boyfriend's house but I'd like to have my personal house, just to have a bit more independence! ;)
My English is not so good, but I'm here also to improve it. I'm also gonna start work at Café Rouge (Brighton Marina) next Saturday. I'm a very clean and quiet person.

I'd like to move away in April (it doesn't matter which day exactly).

a short description of the current housemate/s,
where the house is located (in which street),
a description (or photos) of the room,
how much is per month,
if bills are included,
if I can host some friends sometimes,
if I have to give you an initial deposit, and how much is it.
