One single bed in big shared double/twin bedroom. The room has to be shared with me. We are 3 French guys (2 males, 1 female) looking for a person who wants a long time rent (no short let). Its a two bedrooms flat.
The flat is in a 3 floors building on the second one, and is brand new. Windows’ view is not on street so it’s quieter.
You’ll share the flat with open minded and friendly guys. We are all full time workers. Even if partying is important, we know how to be quiet when necessary as we all work.
The kitchen is the common area but it’s big enough to enjoy.
You can enjoy the Broadway market (2 minutes walk), a big park called London Fields (1 minute walk) and walk along the canal (3 minutes walk).
You can also party in Shoreditch in night time as it’s really close, and get home easily by night buses.

10-15 minutes walk from Bethnal Green Tube station (central line), Bus 388 (and others) next to main entrance of the building, Overground (5 minutes walk)
It’s also close to Olympic area.

410pm bills included (council tax, electricity, gas, water, TV license)


The flat is not ready yet, it needs to be finished. It’s gonna be done for the fourth of March. We would all move in at the same time.
