I Am A Teacher Who Has Had An Offer For My House But Leaving The Country At The End Of July To Teach Abroad. There Will Be A Two-three Month Gap Between When The Buyers Want To Move In To My House And When I Leave The Country, Hence The Need For A Short Term Let. I Would Most Likely Need The Let Between Mid May And End Of July. It Might Be Slightly Earlier Or Later Than Mid May Depending On How Long It Takes To Complete. The Price Above Is Approximate.
