We are letting a very decent-sized double bedroom of our flat AVAILABLE NOW (19 July) until end of August . Rate is £250 per week - all utilities included. Ideal for Olympics renting, 40 min distance with the tube to Stratford Olympic Park.

This room is one of the 3 bedrooms in the flat. 2 male professionals working in the city of London are living in the other rooms.

The flat is located in the Notting Hill area, 3 min walk to Westbourne Park tube station (Circle, Hammersmith & City Lines) which is 2 stops (5 mins) from Paddington Station. It is a 10 min walk to Portobello Road and a 7 min bus ride to Notting Hill Gate (Central Line) tube station. Olympic Park is accessible via a 40 min tube ride. Also on convenient 24h bus routes to Baker Street, Camden and High St Kensington.

The room has a canal view and features: Double bed + wardrobe + 4-drawer chest of drawers + bookshelf unit + bedsit + 2 large mirrors + real hardwood flooring. Pretty decent and very efficient use of space.
