Q. How flexible is the lease?
A. Office space to suit your business needs. Move up or down in size when you need to with out being tied in to a long lease. All offices let on a three month rolling licence which means no solicitors fees. Give just 1 months notice to Vacate. Minimum period three months.
Q. What service charges are included then?
A. All your utilities, business rates, building insurance and service bills paid for you so you only get one bill a month. This not only gives you economies of a larger company but also saves you time and money with processing and staffing costs.
Q. Is the office furnished?
A. Equipped with the furniture ready for you to move in and start straight away. Saving you time and money with no initial furniture costs.
Q. How secure are the premises being multi tenanted?
A. Comprehensive security system comprising of CCTV, electronic door access system, dead bolts on all offices, Monitored alarm system and key holders to protect your business.
Q. What happens about maintenance?
A. Maintenance is included in the license fee and a rolling maintenance program is in place. All Communication and Security systems are maintained under contract.
Q. Health and safety?
A. Square Root Business Centre provides first aiders. The premises are also managed from on site to keep all health and safety issues at bay. Fire alarms and fire extinguishers are all under contract.
Q. Is there a reception?
A. Reception is open from 8.30am –5.30pm Monday to Friday to assist with Typing, photocopying, franking, Deliveries in and out, Telephone answering and receiving your visitors.

A. Dual circuit fast Business Internet access with up to 24 Mbps download and 2Mbps upload.
Q. Resilient Telephone system
A. Comprehensive Telephone switch run out over ISDN 30 telephone lines with back up lines to ensure service. Calls ring straight to your desk and fall back to reception or voicemail if not answered. Conference calls and off net diverts available. Retrieve voicemails and manage your phone from anywhere via the internet.

A. Natural lighting to most offices with Category 2 light fittings or LED lighting and a light décor.
