Myself and a good mate are looking for a 2 (double) bed flat in West or Southwest London.
Our budget is £1100 PCM & looking for a modern flat preferably with built ins & similar sized bedrooms.
Our areas of preference are as follows: Clapham, Earlsfield, Wandsworth, Kensington, Richmond, Wimbledon, Shepards Bush, Putney & must be near to transport links.
We are both professionals in our late 20's, very responsible & take pride in keeping a clean, tidy home.
We are looking to rent for one year, possibly longer & have no pets.
