My online store has grown too big to continue to run from home, so I've had to move it out, and start renting premises.

I'm looking for someone to share the space with, as i dont need an entire office to myself.

I'd have a partition wall erected to split the unit down the middle leaving us with a small shared kitchen area. (sink, kettle, tap, small fridge)

Broadband, water, power would all be included in the price.

24 hour acces, safe and secure - located on the 2nd floor (with operating lift)

Size wise, it's approximately 6m x 12m x 2m high. slightly larger than three conventional garages side by side
