We are a friendly family of 4 with 2 single light and airy rooms available in our spacious 5 bedroom house. Perfect for students and professionals working in the local area or commuting to London.

Location: Situated in Ditton with large grounds, our house has a large open plan-kitchen/diner, large hallway, a library, studio and 2 bathrooms. We also have 2 very friendly dogs and 2 cats.

Transport: bus stop outside house direct to Maidstone town centre (15mins), 20min walk to train station with direct link to London (1hr)

All local amenities are within walking distance (supermarket, leisure centre, post office etc).

All bills are included aswell as WiFi and personal bedding. No food or phone included.

We are looking for nice, clean & tidy students or professionals between the ages of 21 and 60.
