Flight Instructor needs a room to rent in Battersea or Clapham before 14th March. Must be within 10 mins walk to Clapham Junction station. Looking for something including all bills, Gas/Electric/Council tax/Water etc. May suit someone looking to rent an attic space or spare room for extra cash to pay the bills or help with the mortgage.

Me: Male 36, easy going, clean, tidy, considerate. I've lived where I am now, just off the common for the last three and a half years and in the Battersea/Clapham area for the last 10 years. I have to move as my Landlady is redoing her house and some of her children are coming home once the refurb is done. I work as a flight instructor at Biggin Hill airport near bromley which is why I need to be close to Clapham Junction station.
