I'm renting a 4 bedroom/3 bathroom house in Coleraine (castleroe road) and thought that I could easily rent out a room to help with cost. There is just myself living there (however for 12wks from April 15th a friend is coming to stay while he is working up here - obviously in another bedroom to that being offered).

The room for rent is *unfurnished* & since I have an ensuite you would have your own bathroom.

The house has wireless broadband and sky plus.

The house is just off the Castleroe Road, in a quiet area close to the Riverside retail park.

£35 per week (included includes sky/broadband - not gas/electricity)
Rent reduced to £25 per week during the 12 wks my mate is also staying

I am a 29 yr old male, professional working 9-5 mon-frid. Im quiet & respectful and looking for someone similar (no party animals) to share with - non-smoker & no couples.
