- Work within the research sector
- British-born, English speaker
- I am a non-smoker (but tolerant of other people who smoke)
- I am not a big drinker
- Indie music fan (indie pop, post-punk, folk, etc.)
- I am ready to move ASAP
- Not wealthy, but I am very capable of paying rent

- A flatshare with a double bed
- West London (including North-West London and South-West London)
