It is a double room, with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair. Its upstairs.
In a nice area in Fallowfield within a 5 minute walk of the main nightlife and bus and even train routes.
Perfect for short term student accomodation.
The house is shared with 3 other male students, they are all really cool and will make you feel welcome.
The house is in good condition, has a large living area and kitchen.
The bills are shared costs me usually about £20-£30 a month.
Has wireless internet.

You will basically be taking over from my contract which was originally from September 2011-July 2012, and it is fully paid up to date, so you'd have to pay full rent from May 2012 and we will work out how much each of us pays for April assuming you move in in April. :)
