I am offering a light and cosy room in a international flatshare in Golders Green.

Your room will be 12-14qm, very cosy with a desk to work, a large bed and a three-piece wardrobe. It comes furnished and is available from 28 April 2012. There are three other flatmates (Slovakian, French, Spanish) who are very open-minded and interesting.

The bathroom and toilet are separated and both of them have a window. The kitchen is very large and nice including four cooking places, a large fridge + freezer, forks, knives, spoons, plates, pans, a wok, oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, washing machine etc. Also you will have a large fire escape that we often use for barbecues.

You will live in a very nice area. Golders Green has many supermarkets (Sainsbury’s, Tesco and some 24h) and restaurants and is close to West Hampstead and Hampstead with many bars and pubs. It is also connected well to ESCP (10min by bus) and to the city. The flat is a 3-min walk from Golders Green underground station (Northern Line, 20 min to the city) and many buses leave towards the city (13, 82, etc, 30 min to Baker Steeet). There are two nightbuses running every fifteen minutes throughout the night from the city centre (N5, N13, via Piccadilly Circus, Camden, Baker Street, etc).

The room is GBP 480 a month (= GBP 112 a week) plus bills (currently around GBP 30 per month for gas, water and electricity). Rent is paid monthly and there is a two months deposit that will be refunded at the end.
