WOMEN only houseshare!
I have two rooms available in a house with a garden. One is a single room for £55 /week, the other is a double room for £75/week. Inclusive of all bills, council tax and internet.
I am the homeowner living in with a small well behaving child. I would only accomodate other women. I work from home so I am mostly in. I want to share with someone polite, tidy and respectful. Nonsmokers only.
The rooms can be left unfurnished or furnished, as you like. There is a safe space in the porch to park bicycle, if you have one.
Very good bus access to city centre, Bulwell and QMC. Not far from Wollaton park.

I will require deposit £200 + one month rent in advance.
