Hello Fellow Gumtreenians!

We are looking for a new flat mate between ages of 23.5 and 32.37 years old. Must be female to keep the ying yang balance.

The room available is a spacious double bedroom overlooking the beautiful garden. The house has a cellar, roof space, four bedrooms, kitchen, two bathrooms and a living room, complete with wooden doors and glass windows. We even have a roof. We consider ourselves lucky.

Applicants with only the right qualifications may apply. Applicants must clean on a regular basis and have a minimum of 5 GCSE's grades C or above.

You would be sharing a group of highly driven professionals. 2 guys, one whom likes to brew, the other who doesn't have a clue, but likes to draw buildings. The third is a lovely young lady who rocks the south side of London, like never before, but never again.
