Hi,
as I am graduating from UEA this summer, I have one room available from June until September 2012. The house is really really nice, situated in West Earlham, approximately 15 min walk or 5 min cycle to Uni.

There are 5 other girls living in the house, who are either postgraduate or final year students, and they are the most wonderful people you could find!!

The house is fully furnished with a LARGE (!! - it's great!) garden (even with apple trees and a wonderful lawn for the summer) and a well-equipped kitchen. The room is on the first floor. There are two bathrooms, two showers and a bathtub. Yes, a bathtub;) The kitchen and living room are large and a very wonderful communal space!

My room has everything you'll need- a bed, desk, chairs, drawers, bookshelf, lamps. It is very close to Aldi and Co-op, and busses run every 5 minutes directly to town just down the road! The rent is 250 pcm with bills amounting to a maximum of 30 pounds a month (internet, water etc).

The landlords are lovely, George and Linda Warren.
