Pretty rooms in a quiet all-girl Victorian terraced house in Southville. If you're seeking a good night's sleep rather than a party house, this could be for you. Veggies and healthy eaters particularly welcome.

The house is pleasantly furnished (vintage rather than Ikea), has sash windows and fireplaces, a hand-made kitchen with small breakfast room, and a tiny sunny garden. You'll be sharing with three other professional females.

We're looking for an non-smoker who leaves the kitchen tidy for others, puts out the rubbish, and is generally considerate.
