We're looking for another flatmate for a single room in a house of 3 2nd year males. The rent is £530 p/m which sounds a lot however it’s for a 11 month contract, there are no application or referencing fees and all the bills are included. So when compared to a 12 month contract in which bills are paid it works out at being about £412 p/m and The property is within Cherry Hinton near a Budgens and about a 10-15 min cycle to Anglia Ruskin Uni.
