Hi

We have a room to rent in a 3 bedroom flat in Archway, north London. The rent is £410pcm, excluding bills (which cost £82 per month including Virgin broadband). The room is available from 1 April 2012.

The flat is located on a leafy street 5 minutes walk from Archway Tube station, on the northern line. There are excellent transport links into the city centre, either via the Tube or one of the many buses that stop at Archway. The 134 and 43 bus routes both stop at the end of our road and run 24-hours. The flat is in a safe area and is well located for the shops in Archway (Sainsburys, Co-op etc.) which are a 5 min walk away. Highgate Village and Crouch End Broadway are also only a 20 minute walk away.

The room comes furnished with a cabin-style bed (see pics; our current housemate is using the bed for storage and has his bed on the floor, but this can be switched), a desk and storage and the flat has a communal lounge/kitchen and bathroom. You would be sharing with 2 friendly gay guys, ages 32 and 23, who work as a graphic designer and PA respectively. We both tend to do our own thing, but also enjoy the odd night out or evening in front of the TV. Were looking for another gay guy, aged between 23-35, who is friendly and reliable and has a job.
