Double bedroom available, the house and bedrooms are all fully furnished with all white good included.

All bedrooms are double bedrooms and contain a 3 1/4 bed, a bedside table, wardrobes and Chester draws. Bedrooms are very spacious. The bedroom available is upstairs with one other bedroom and a bathroom. The bathroom is very spacious with a bath and a shower. Living area is a decent size and spacious, kitchen is very clean and presentable, and the back yard is a decent size.

The rent is 56 pounds a week, however bills are not included.

The house is very close to two university campus's and a 20-25 min walk away from the main university campus. All uni link buses are also available to catch as the house is near plenty of bus routes that run to the city centre. The city centre is a short walk of 15-20 minutes. The house is near shops, pubs, post office, and chemists.

The two other tenants consist of a male and a female who attend the university of derby , and will welcome either a male or female who also attend the university. They are very friendly and very welcoming.
