I'm looking for a cheap premises to run a new business from. I need a bit of retail space, and a workshop where I can run classes. The business would suit a rural setting, ideally near Forres/Elgin with some parking (perhaps a steading or similar), or High Street if there is something at a sensible price (hmm!) Can only afford rent of around £200 pcm at this stage. If anyone can help, it would be much appreciated.
