The built in Porch Area can be used as an auxillary bedroom, with single bed.
There is Satellite TV with U.K. programmes, and DVD Recorder/Player located in the Lounge.
There is also a second TV in the Porch area which has a DVD player ( for kids etc to watch DVD's)
We have a selection of Patio Furniture and Sun Beds for clients use.
There is a full Kitchen with Fridge Freezer, Cooker, Microwave, Kettle, Iron etc.
We provide linen & towels, but request Guests to bring own beach towels.
A £50-00 Security deposit is required.
Our local representives will meet you at the Villa on arrival.
There is a 60 Euro final cleaning / Laundry charge per booking, payable locally on arrival.
We are members of Brittany Ferries Home Owners Scheme, and guests who travel to our Villa by car from UK, using Brittany Ferries will get a 10% discount off their Ferry fare.
The Villa is NON-SMOKING,and therefore request that Guests do not smoke inside the Villa.
We are currently still have some Early September availability.
