We are a professional, non smoking or pet owning couple seeking a 1 or 2 bed flat anywhere in Fulham (no studios). The only definite requirements are an eat in kitchen (my partner is studying for his accountancy exams on top of working and so we need a separate room) and ample storage. A bath and a top floor apartment would be ideal. The budget is up to £350 p/w (£310-£330 preferred). We are happy to have a walk to get to the nearest tube (we currently live a 20 minute walk from Fulham Broadway) and will take a furnished or part furnished property.

We are looking to move ideally in the first week of January and can provide excellent references from our landlord, who is moving back in to the flat we currently rent.
