In case you don’t already know, Horsforth is a great area for young professionals, 5 miles from the city Centre (15 minutes by train from Horsforth station), and close to the popular student area of Headingley.

As you would expect with quality accommodation, the house is decorated, carpeted and furnished to a high standard and comprises: Living room with leather sofas, digital TV, dining table and chairs. Fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, dryer, fridge freezer. Modern tiled bathroom with full suite and electric shower. Five well furnished double bedrooms, one of which is en suite (already occupied). There are low maintenance front and back gardens, off-street parking for up to three cars and plenty of easy on-road parking.

The rent is £312 pcm payable monthly in advance. The minimum tenancy is 6 months and a refundable deposit of £350 is required. Utility and house bills are shared.
