Looking for a ONE BEDROOM FLAT in Balham/Clapham/Wandsworth/Tooting area, or somewhere generally in South West London Zone 1-4.

We are a non smoking, young, professional couple who are relocating from Manchester to London in August 2012.

We have a steady income and are reliable and organised. Looking for either a short term or long term let, either is fine but preferably six months or longer, Also unfurnished or furnished is fine.

We are looking to put a deposit down on a flat ASAP preferably by the end of June.

Budget: £700 - £750 pcm excluding bills.
