Due To A Recent Fire, Our Rented Flat In Brechin Is No Longer Habitable.
We Have Temporary Accommodation In The Meantime But We Are Looking To Rent A Flat/house (1-2 Bedrooms) On A Longer Term Basis. A Larger 3+ Bed House May Be Acceptable.
Parking For 2 Cars Would Be A Bonus - As Would A Garden/outdoor Space.

We Are A Professional Couple - I Work In Aberdeen For An Oil Company And My Girlfriend Works In Dundee For An Electronics Company. Ideally, We'd Like Somewhere With Good Access To The A90 And With Shops/restaurants Nearby. Forfar And Brechin Are Our Preferred Locations At Present, But We Are Open To Suggestions.

We Can Provide Credit References, Deposits And We Are Looking To Rent Somewhere For £500+ Per Month.
The Place Must Be Of A High Standard And We Would Prefer Furnished, But May Consider Unfurnished If The Place Suits Us.
