Hi, We are a professional 25 year old couple working full time in Shoreditch and Spitalfields, and we are looking for a 1 bedroom flat to rent from 22nd of June, 2012. We would like to live in a quiet area, maintaining optimal commuting distance to City. However, we are open to consider more remote offers. Our budget is around 800£ pcm. We are looking for a long term rent (1 year +). We are very reliable and tidy and we like to look after the place where we live. Therefore we won't consider flat shares.
