We are looking for a property to rent around Kentish Town, Tuffnell Park, Islington, Angel or surrounding areas with the following features:

Ideally we want our next property to have the following:

- 2 bedroom flat for max 1520 pounds pm (350 pounds pw) or
- 1 bedroom flat for max 1300 ppm (300 ppw)

"must-have" features
- at least on the 1st floor or higher up
- with a south facing balcony or with a south facing roof terrace
- light and airy
- high ceilings (Victorian Style House)
- wooden floors (at least in the living room area)

"nice-to-have" features
- no more than 10mins away from the next tube station (by foot)
- wooden floors throughout
- split level
- close to grocery shops
