This room is fully furnished in a warm friendly detached home Good bus service to Brighton town centre 25 mins and Newhaven 15 mins.There is a shared bathroom with shower and Kitchen ,cooker, pots and pans etc there is the bus and local shops, Co-op / Post office /takaways/ pubs bars etc just 10 mins walk away go a bit farther and you on the beach with a cafe/bar which sometimes has entertainment ,very nice in the summer So if you fancy a look do give me a call I will be pleased to show you around .
