Good humoured, 25 year-old postgrad looking for a room to rent/house share for the 2012/13 academic year. Will be looking to move mid-to-end of September. Easy access to the city centre would be preferable (e.g. Roath and surrounding areas)

I'd consider myself to be friendly and laid-back, although hopefully less boring than that description makes me sound. Oh, I'm also a man, if that makes any difference to you. Not great at describing myself, as you can probably tell, but feel free to quiz me further.

I'm hoping to get up to Cardiff to look at rooms in May/June, so any replies to that effect would be particularly welcome.
