I am looking for a mature, preferably postgrad, flatmate who is fun to live with, but also clean and tidy.
About the flat: The double-glazed flat consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine) and a relatively big living room for a non-tenement flat. The room that is up for rent contains a desk, chair, double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers, it faces east. Overall, it's pretty nice, not too huge, but clean and relatively new.
Bills are about 53 pounds a month, including line rental and wifi.
About myself: I am 25, male, currently writing my Master's dissertation, so I am away at the library quite a bit and generally need to focus on work at the moment. I do enjoy all the usual stuff, going out, sports etc. I have been living in Glasgow for 5 years in different flat shares. So I do have quite some flatmate experience and know how to live together and respect each other's privacy and sense of noise etc which I think is important for a good flatshare.
The lease is for at least six months, preferably a year.
