I am a PGCE student starting at Cambridge in September and am looking for a room to rent for the first term (September-December). I am ideally looking for a room in the South East of Cambridge near to Homerton College, but will consider most areas within a reasonable distance.

As for the room/property I am ideally looking for:
- Rent of no more than 450pcm. (including bills)
-- Furnished with a desk
- Decent size kitchen with plenty of storage for all housemates
- Broadband Internet
- Washing Machine in house
- Parking Available

I am a clean, tidy and sociable person looking for housemates with similar interests to myself, ideally postgraduate students or young professionals who enjoy going out for a few drinks at the weekend, Interests include Rugby, Surfing, Athletics and Music, where possible I would like to avoid living with undergraduates. Somebody who enjoys going to the gym would be an advantage but is not essential!

I am more than happy to form a group for search for houses with as well.
