A lovely one bedroom flat in Tunbridge Wells in exchange for a one bedroom flat in central Brighton. Preferably 5 mins from sea front.
My flat is bright, spacious and clean. Very high ceilings so not boxy. 2 minutes to town, on a quiet road with terraced houses.
This flat is in a small block consisting of only 3 tenants. 4 maisonettes below with four one bedroom flats on top....so you can imagine the peace!!!!! A nice property for a council property.
To reach my flat there is a one flight of stairs.You are allowed pets, there is a balcony, so you can sit out in the summer. Train station 10 min walk. Being central everything is on your dooorstep, however I am lucky in that i am in a quite road. The only block amongst houses.
I would love to move to Brighton and i am looking for a similar property with character by the sea.
