Hi there, i am a trustworthy 22 year old mixed race female, looking for a 2 bedroom flat/house for myself and my young baby. I can only pay through DSS due to not having a job at the moment. Housing benefit are taking up to 6 weeks to process new claims so this would have to be accepted by the landlord as i cant afford any other money. I cant afford a bond or deposit but once DSS comes through i can make regular payments on time, i can also guarantee house cleanliness and keep it well looked after. I can provide references but need the house urgent. I can try provide some other assurance to the landlord/lady for peace of mind but to be honest am not likely to be running away with a new baby. If it would help i would be happy to sign a tenancy agreement and then wait until the housing benefit is cleared up and then move in myself provided i can keep my stuff there beforehand. I hope we can come to some arrangement and eagerly await hearing from you. Also looking in meanwood or harehills areas but also cool with anywhere close by.
