I have a one bedroom flat I would like to swap for a 2 bedroom flat/bungalow/house.

My flat is is a nice quiet desirable area of Lisburn, its not a block of flats. its an upstairs flat, I have gas heating, own back garden, own front and back door.
reasonably well decorated.
It is a very large 1 bedroom flat with lots of storage space there is 2 walk in cupboards.

the only reason I want to move is that I would like a second bedroom otherwise I would be staying where I am is a nice flat in a nice area.
