We offer one lovely double room for a single professional, in a cosy three bedroom house, just minutes from Central London.
The house is just 5-7 mins walk to Stratford Commercial Centre and Tube Station, very close to all major shops and public transport services (buses to central London or the City, Central and Jubilee Line, Overground and National Rail Services). Also, the area has lots of supermarkets and the big Westfield Commercial Centre, with hundreds of shops and leisure areas.
The house comes with a nice living room with a HD flat-screen TV and more than 100 channels, fantastic 30MB wireless internet connection and has a nice garden for a summer BBQ. Kitchen is good-sized with dining table, is clean and equipped with everything necessary- fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toasters, etc. The entire house is double glazed. New boiler as well, so plenty of heating and hot water.
The room comes with a double wardrobe, bed and a chest of drawers, mirror.
We are looking for a friendly, tidy single professional to join only three others in the house, preferably for a long term. We are sociable and outgoing people, we enjoy cooking or having a BBQ, but we also respect each other’s privacy, quiet time and cleanliness. We are all working, so party time is great as long as it doesn’t bother other housemates.
For all these the rent is only 115.00 per week, with everything inclusive, and we require only two weeks deposit and two weeks rent in advance.
