I am single mother with 1 11 year old child,a mature spaniel and 3 cats.im currently private renting a 3 bedroom house in radyr and been here 3 years but due to relationship split and recently finding myself disabled and unable to work or walk very far due to failed back surgery(waiting for another op to hopefully put it right!) im finding the extra £200 i have to pay on top of the housing benefit too hard to find.my daughter has just started comprehensive school in radyr and i need to keep her in the same same school as she is receiving counselling.If i move just outside the catchmnet area i will fight to keep her there but i cant go too far! my home is spotlessly clean and an inspection is welcome ( i know lots of landlords presume pets mean dirty houses and mess).im looking for a 2 bed house in the above areas (to stay withinish catchment area)with a garden and a shower.i require it unfurnished as i have my own stuff except for a cooker.we are desperate to move as finances are getting very difficult and i need to move to start again on my own.if anyone has a property to suit private landlord only(estate agents fees are ridiculous) please get in touch asap.1st mths rent no problem a bond would unfortunatly have to wait for my current landlord to pay mine back,which wont obviously be until i have left the property.thanks
