I am letting my room as I am moving out. It's a duplex house in the N7 area. The house will be shared with three flatmates. Below is the description-

Rent term- 2 weeks (29 March to 16 April), £200 deposit. (Refundable)

Facilities- Double bed, two study tables. massive wardrobe, in-suite refrigerator (small), clean & tidy house. Shared kitchen and shared reception. Super fast Wifi.

Location- 7 mins walk to Highbury Islington and Caledonian Road Underground stations (Piccadilly line, Victoria line), 5 mins walk to Caledonian Road Barnsbury Overgound. 20 mins walk to King's Cross and Angel (depends on your pace). Proper residential area with safe neighbourhood.

Requirements- Person should pay the full month's rent before month starts. No smoking, No pets and No in-house parties. These strict rules are because of my super quiet house-mates.
