My gorgeous narrowboat is for Sale!

I will be on Dreems from Thursday 31st May until late Saturday/early Sunday 3 June so if you would like to view you are welcome!

Dreems is my all steel 28ft narrow boat built in 1978 by Hancock and Lane with a Lister gearbox and JGM marine engine. She had a new battery last year which services the engine as well as a new leisure battery. The previous batteries lasted over five years!
She has 4 Berths.
There is a wonderful big sliding top hatch for those hot nights or just to open and lay under the stars!
She was in dry dock April 2011 and this will have been the third time in seven years so regularly blacked and painted. I always paint the inside at around the same time and have made new curtains and cushion covers!

There is 12 months British Waterways river and canal license until the end of Seotenber 2012
The Boat safety Certificate is valid until April 2013.
A positive hull survey in 2009 shows the hull is in good condition.
I have lots of paperwork, bills manuals etc. from myself and only two previous owners.
I have lived on her happily for seven years, two of which with my partner and is ideal as a live aboard for a couple or a weekend or holiday boat for a family. For us, time for a change as we have now found a little piece of land to grow our veggies on.

So my beloved boat is priced to sell!!
