Lovely Place To Live, Very Quite, Most People That Live Here Have Bought There Homes , There Is A Primary School At The End Of The Road, The Neighbours Are Very Friendly To, But Everyone Does Keep Them Self To The Self. There Is Also A Block Caretaker That Keeps The The Outside Grounds Clean And Tidy And Helps With Any Maintenance That You May Need.

Train Stations, To Victoria, & Charing X Tramslinks To Croydon, Buses All Very Close, Great Location If You Don't Drive As Everything Is On Your Doorstep.

What I Would Like To Exchange For A 2/3 Bed House/ Maisonette/ Flat With A Garden,

The The Only Reason For Wanting To Move , Is That I Would Really Like A Garden For My Children To Play In.otherwise I Would Want To Stay Here, As It Is A Great Location To Live.
