My ground-floor flat is, large with a patio for sole use. I NEED A ONE-BED with GARDEN in BRIGHTON, KENT ST ALBANS or surrounding areas near a beach asap.

Flat is street property, so own front/back gate. Built by a theatre man - in very unique mediteranean-style block (small), and the ceilings not low! it is not a conversion, but uniquely designed.

It is stylishly decorated in Farrow & Ball paints and freshly laminated throughout by myself. New kitchen and walk in shower.

ADAPTED FOR DISABILITIES, Ideal for people who need to have access to every part of the house, including garden, carpark and transport links with ease. Camden road station has a lift to the platform.

Pets are welcome and soundproofing is brilliant.

The patio is small (20 sq metres) but big enough to use daily...dine al fresco, chill out, garden, dry clothes in the sun (when its out), put a shed in if not two etc

The small patio/garden then leads to pretty and well-respected courtyard. Flat has a little front garden with own gate and is level access throughout.

The good thing is that residents have worked hard to make it a respectful space. It has off road parking where you can be allocated your own parking space for about £4 a week, or roadside parking with a permit. There is always parking outside my house for people wishing to visit- vital for Camden.

What is also special for Camden is that here is a quiet haven, with mature rustling trees in the back and just the right distance from vibrant Camden to get peace and quiet. Fantastic transport links seconds away! buses, trains, tubes! Camden road station has level access- lift to platform.

I AM LOOKING FOR a large one bedroom flat with garden in Brighton or surrounding beach areas (kent etc). I am interested in being close to the sea OR FOREST. Dont mind having to decorate... as long as its spacious, QUIET and close to the sea That means good neighbours and no anti-social behaviour. No overt childrens' noise please.

I would ideally like a ground floor converted flat ...but happy to go first floor if garden is easily accessible....I dont mind sharing the garden as long as its only with one other flat and/or respectful people.

Priority is to put a shed in garden to store things as I work from home...I would be happy to forego some of my preferences for this if the right property came let me know what u got!

Would swap some of the brilliant features of my flat for right place...its so central, quiet yet vibrant and would be happy to swap for seaside with a bigger garden (rent £102) .... Happy hunting !!!!
