In general I like to keep the flat really clean and tidy which is something that you will notice if you come and see. I would like you to be the same!. The landlord is pretty cool, he’s very on the ball so if we ever have any issues he’s gets things sorted very quickly.

Situated on Fulham Road with access to everything you need. Tesco, pub and restaurants all across the road. Access to transport is amazing with the 14 and 414 right outside the door and Parsons Green tube station is an easy 5mins walk away. If you fancy a walk to Putney high street that will take 15mins or a walk to Fulham Broadway will take about 15 mins.

A little about who you will be sharing with. I’m a single guy, half English half Australian and I work in Media. I don’t mind going for a few beers at the pub and having a laugh - but I’m not the type of person that enjoys staying out all-night and partying. On the weekends I like to either go away somewhere or get out and explore more of London. I also enjoy heading off for a surf (when I can) or even staying in a watching a bit of sport. I’m looking for like-minded professionals - I really don’t want someone that’s going to be messy and is constantly up partying (If this is you, don’t bother).

Rent is £900 pcm Not including Bills
Bills are roughly £110pcm
Council Tax on top of that but I need to check how much that is for you.
