Hi, we are looking for someone to move into our house at the start of sep. Living here will be 2 guys and a girl, we are mid 20's to early 30s and are a sociable house so looking for someone who fits into the house and likes to get involved a bit with the odd house meal and drink down the pub. We have broadband, dishwasher and all those other amazing electrical items. with bills we have a house account and just pay £75 a month which covers everything.
The room is a large double with a window overlooking the garden.
Please tell us something about yourself as there are always loads of people wanting to live in the area and we may not have time to see everyone..

in the photo of the bedroom there is a boiler....that has recently been moved elsewhere!.
