We are looking for a short term house mate until our rental agreement expires on Saturday 4th August.

The room is available from Tuesday 26th June to Saturday 4th August. Please get in touch if you want the room for the whole duration or just a few weeks.

You would be staying with two professional females and one student male.

Rent is £105 a week which includes all bills. Two weeks rent is required in advance.

A single room in a 4 bed room house on Mill road. The location is excellent being just over the bridge, a 30s walk to the Tesco and Co-op. The train station is a 5 - 10 min walk away and just a few mins by a bike. Similarly the city centre is less than a 10 minute cycle away.
The house has a main bathroom, shower room and separate toilet. A kitchen and sitting room with a couch, TV and dining table. We have a large rear garden with off street access so that cycles can be securely stored. We have fast (20Mb) broadband and Virgin media TV.
