Double en suite room with amazing views available in a 6 bedroom apartment on the 8th floor (top floor, don't worry there is an elevator) at the brand new collegelands building beside high st train station. Moving out as I am going back to Ireland for the summer!
The 5 other house mates will have all moved out by June so you could be in the flat on your own for a few weeks or another person may move into one of the other 6 bed rooms.

£495 per month with a deposit of £250.
This is ALL INCLUSIVE of heating, electricity, water, maintenance, broadband, content insurance and there is a security guard on site at all times.

There is an Aldi, an off-licence, a pharmacy and a train station just a two minute walk from the apartment. It is also just a 10 minute walk to Georges Square/Queen St Train Station or a 15 minute walk to Argyle St for clubbing! I have had a great semester in this apartment,There are also 'common rooms' downstairs which have 60 inch tvs and pool tables, the building also organises social nights such as movie nights to get to know new people in the building.

The room has a large wardrobe for all your clothes and is an en suite with a shower.The kitchen is spacious and also has 2 large american style fridges.
