Island Gardens DLR is 3 minute walk and it is about 8 minutes to Canary Wharf station for Jubilee Line that gets you to Bond St in 17 minutes.
The sun shines in the bedroom windows in the morning and you can see the sun set in the lounge and balcony right up until nightfall. The large balcony, is almost completely secluded and shares the view with only one other flat. The balcony gets the sun from about 11 in the morning onwards. Viewing is a must and can be done most evenings and weekends.
