Bathroom with massive shower and roll top bath next door (shared with 2 others).The whole house is shared with friendly Landlady (40) and two other friendly female lodgers, one in her 20s who is a doctor and one in her 30s who is training to be a doctor.
In addition to a Guest room, there is also a lounge for public use with open fire, BT Vision etc and a large, high ceilinged Kitchen/livingoom with Range oven, underfloor heating, TV, Music centre, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc etc
The kitchen/living room leads through to the garden which is surrounded by trees and there is room for bikes.
The house is in a wide, tree lined avenue seconds from Summerfield park and 2 minute's walk from Edgbaston Reservoir and the Harborne Walkway. (There are good bus routes nearby and it takes 45 minutes to walk to the Bullring.)
Parking is available on the road right outside the house but car insurance here is not cheap. (Mine is £650) Sorry.

Am afraid I can only take women and it is not suitable for students.
It is available for a minimum of 2 months....

The best thing about the house is the combination of people who live here.

All of us are passionate about our Christian faith, enjoy getting involved in helping our local community, love going for walks and runs, eating healthily, chatting together at the end of the day, cooking and we often go for meals or to the cinema and theatre together.
