hi there due to the family getting bigger we need to give up our home to find a bigger house.i have lived here since 2003 and this has been a great home to us.i am looking for a 2or 3 bedroom house or flat in perthshire.anything considered.we have gas central heating,double glazing,shower,bath.nice kitchen double bedroom and a large atic nearly all floored for storage.new wooden doors fitted through out house from wicks.laminite flooring.there is also a large garden shed only built 3 months ago worth approx £1000 we will leave and a section with rail way sleepers for plants and shrubs and a large grass area.the flat is also on a bus route and is only 5 mins from the hospital and 10 mins from town.local shops within 5 mins of walking. please call dougie on 07563997073 for any questions
