A lovely double room to let in a good sized house on a quiet pedestrian side street off Prince's Road.

There is a sunny, big knocked through living space with plenty of room and an open fire place.

There is limited parking at the back and it has a small yard that fits a few pots and space to dry clothes, if you are missing a garden you'd be very welcome to use my allotment too.

I'm a full time teacher/youth worker at Hull college and also studying on an evening at Hull Uni(so fairly busy). I'm easy going and like a relaxed house.

You must be a non smoker (I'm an ex smoker and need no excuses!!) I'm a veggi and have two very self sufficient cats.
